Some day's we as humans awake in the morning, feeling all type of ways. I am a true believer in setting the tone for the day. They say, "If you win the morning, you win the day." That quote has a ring to it, but if you don't put the work in, you will not see the results. Let me give you a little background on myself; I was a young woman in need of balance. I felt like my life was all over the place, in regards to school, work, social life etc... I would wake up everyday complaining of being overwhelmed. I created that negative energy and allowed it into my space. I wasn't at peace with anything I was doing because my mind was constantly at war with my lifestyle.
I had to learn for myself, if you don't get your life in order; your life will remain out of order. One day out of the clear blue, I didn't need to entertain negativity anymore. I got a glimpse of positivity and couldn't get enough of it. I understand we cannot change the circumstances of certain situations, but we can change the way we respond to those setbacks; by winning the morning. Start each day with the mindset for inspiration.
Here are some tips you can use for daily inspiration and for staying positive throughout the day!
1. Connect with God!
2. Read your daily word and daily devotionals
2. Journaling.
3. Plan your day by writing down your goals, plans, errands for the day; and check them off as you go. That will allow you an easy transition.
4. Eat a full and healthy breakfast.
5. Listen to music.
6. Get a Hobby (Painting, start a blog, DIY projects )
7. Grab a cup of coffee, tea etc... (whatever floats your boat)
8. Read an internet article or Inspirational Blog (SomethingToSayWithKishari)
9. Be a blessing to someone. (spiritually, emotionally or financially)
10. Positive Affirmations
11. Make a vision Board
12. Take a walk
13. Talk to a friend.
14. Read a book.
15. Go to the Gym (Exercise)
16. Volunteer, mentor
17. Limit social media usage
18. Spend time alone
19. Start a business
20. Date yourself (Don't be afraid to do or try new things on your own)
