As I am

As I am

When you've done things a certain way for so long, life gives us a chance to reflect and make choices based on our reflections. It introduces us to change, in which none of us are never prepared for. I am totally that person who analyzes everything lol. I like to see the root and cause of something. I believe Perspective plays a big role in how we view ourselves, the people and things around us. The fact that Perspective can change at any minute is just remarkable. Everyday we make a choice! We either choose to be ourselves or become someone else. A wise men once said to me, "Don't ever stop being who you are or doing the things that makes you happy for anyone; Those are the things that makes you, you". When you come across wise individuals, appreciate their presence.

Be the kind of person who will be ok if you're not accepted by others. People will always have an opinion regarding your life and that has absolutely nothing to do with you. Their personal opinions should never have an effect on your life; But when you are a child of God and actually care about people it does bother you sometimes. I believe that to be a natural reaction, but you just have to accept that's just who you are.  for instance, a good person never stops doing good deeds, even if they receive nothing in return.

This is your life and you run the show. What you allow in your space is your choice. When people don't accept you for who you are, that's okay! You now have the opportunity to do right by yourself and walk away from those people; and allow God to send the people who are meant to be in your life. My pastor stated this morning at service, "You have so many opportunities available to you as a child of God, yet we accept so little." -Pastor E.L Branch  All I could think about is why is that? Why don't we think we deserve it? I don't know everyone's story but I do know if you are one who feels as if  you  can't be yourself because of X reason; You deserve good people who will accept you for The who you are. We were all meant for a specific purpose, to be and do all that we can for as long as we can be. To alter your way of thinking, appearance, image, opportunities etc.... would be a shame. Do it your way, life that is; and don't regret not one thing.

Quote of The day!
"Change is a great thing for all the right reasons".
